RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you are completely happy with your item(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. In order to exchange or return, you need to fill in the return form, which we will send after your email. Then follow the instructions on the return form and detailed below. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day you ordered the item(s).
- You can exchange every product for another size, color or model or a full refund.
- If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have under gone a quality control check.
- If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service.
- In all cases of other exchange we will not charge you extra shipping costs for shipping the item(s) from ASTRID ELISEE to your delivery address.
- Only the cost of a return from your delivery address to ASTRID ELISEE is on behalf of the sender.
- The international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.
- The exchange or return value is determined by the last retail price of the garment.
- We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
- Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods.
Returns are accepted only if they meet all the following conditions:
- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise and no tags removed.
- ASTRID ELISEE will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
- The return sending should postage and should include a return form. The Item must be returned in their original packaging. The package is intended to be complete and undamaged.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost.
If your order is delivered damaged, we ask you to notify this as soon as possiblebut no later than 48 hours. In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please e-mail us at email@example.com. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it can not be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds will be made within 10 days after your return has been processed. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s creditcard or bank account. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

Once our returns department has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 10 week days. You will be notified via e-mail, to the address listed on your account, when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
