SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

ASTRID ELISEE aims to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4.00 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 4.00 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4.00 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.

Orders will be delivered Monday through Saturday to the shipping address submitted when you placed your order. Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.

All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. However, it does not have to be you who sign it. Somebody from the same address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist etc.) or a neighbour can sign for the parcel.

NOT AT HOME?

Our courier will make at least two redelivery attempts. At each attempt our courier will leave you a card which provides you with details for redelivery and also collection, if possible. The courier will typically keep a parcel for up to 7 days before returning it to sender as undelivered. Note that our courier also may deliver to your neighbours, where appropriate.

ASTRID ELISEE delivers to customers in Europe and the rest of the world by registered post of PostNL. Please note, that we only ship to home or office addresses  not to P.O. boxes. For all countries see the ‘Delivery overview’ below.

DELIVERY TERMS

SPLIT DELIVERY

If your order consists of several items we reserve the right to split the delivery. This can happen if certain items are delayed or unavailable at the time of ordering. In the event of split delivery, you will be notified by an email. You will not be charged for any additional shipping costs.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Please note that your bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving us notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our Customer Service Team has handled your return. You also have the right to keep the defective product and ask for a reduction of the price.

INSURANCE

We insure all packages in transit from ASTRID ELISEE to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. ASTRID ELISEE cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.

TRACK AND TRACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

You can check the status of your order(s) online under 'order status' in your account. When the delivery time is delayed, you will receive a notification timely. You will receive a PostNL Track & Trace number from us via e-mail. Together with your zip-code, you can follow your package on PostNL.

Does your order have a status 'shipped', but you still haven't received anything after 5 working days? Please contact us, so we can track your order with PostNL and inform you about your order.
