ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mailaddress and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the ASTRID ELISEE terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to ASTRID ELISEE, whose applications are acceptable to ASTRID ELISEE and who have authorized ASTRID ELISEE to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. ASTRID ELISEE reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where ASTRID ELISEE feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

ORDERING

The online store is open 24 hours a day. In order to shop at www.astidelisee.com you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you have not yet turned 18 years of age, you must also have the legal right to enterinto the agreement. At the moment we can only fulfil your order if the delivery address is a home or office address in one of the countries listed under “We ship to”. Therefore, our site is only intended to be used by people resident in those listed countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We may decline an offer or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations,without being liable for any damages or costs. We will notify you by email in advance of any such action, to try and resolve the issue and will return any applicable payments made to us without deduction:

• Your payment information is incorrect or not verifiable;
• Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity;
• There was an unintentional error on the Website; e.g. a payment error etc;
• We have reason to believe you are a minor under the age of 18;
• You are not a resident of one of the countries listed under “We ship to” or we could not deliver to the address provided by you

By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. We can only accept offers that are made through our Website or by telephone via our Customer Service. We cannot accept orders made by e-mail, letters or fax. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

PRICES

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 19% VAT is included in all prices at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you, until both parties have agreed upon the contents of the agreement. We will take all care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union need to pay import duty or tax costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and ASTRID ELISEE will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The language of the sale contract is in English. We store all contracts made, including your offer and the order confirmation, and we recommend that you file these too, as subsequently the documents will not beaccessible. However, please see "Track your order and view history".
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to aparticular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

In order to protect our customers and maintain the security of shopping online, we may run verification checks on the data you submit when you place an offer. These checks may include address and payment verification and screening your offer to prevent fraud. 

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your order will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at thetime when you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If we change these policies or these terms and conditions after you have placed your offer, but before we send you the order confirmation, we will notify you of this.
If you do not inform us that you can accept these new policies or these terms and conditions within seven working days, we will cancel your offer and notify you by e-mail.
